Shipping and Handling

All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We will try to accommodate specific delivery date/time requests, but this is still subjected to the availability of our courier partners. Please leave your delivery request in the remarks section upon checkout.

Shipping and Handling

If the product is found to be defective or has caused any allergic reactions, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. All defective returns/exchanges must then be made within 30 days of receipt.

You may return it to us directly at our corporate office or we can send a courier to pick up the products. Please note that only the product price will be refunded. Courier handling fees are an external charge
