This natural blend has been formulated to help sleep or rest better while recovering from the day’s activities.

Peppermint Leaves: To soothe anxiety, emotional stress, relax digestive muscles and cramps.
Chamomile Flowers: To relieve insomnia, promote good night’s sleep, and stimulate body’s natural recovery.
Real Vanilla Bits: For nausea and stomach upsets.
Bluecorn Flowers: To help relieve water retention, chest congestions and anxiety.

For global health and wellbeing, quality sleep should still be complemented with a balanced diet and regular exercise. Avoid caffeine (and chocolates) ideally 10 hours before bedtime. Do also create a restful conducive environment for sleeping in a completely darkened room, free of artificial lights to increase the production of melatonin, a natural hormone that controls our sleep/wake cycles.

Add 1 teaspoon of tea per person in tea bag or pot. Steep in less than boiling water (96°C to 98°C) for 3 to 5 minutes.

For a Quick Cold Brew
Brew tea with half the amount of hot water for 5-7 minutes, add ice cubes.
For Light Cold Brew
Brew a jug of tea (1 tsp per pax)
and chill overnight.

Add some honey and/or slice of lemon.
